Wallpapers:

Charles Rupert Designs' wallpapers are mostly printed in England on vintage Surface Print machines, to give an unparalleled historic accuracy and texture. The unpasted wallpapers are packed in pre-trimmed (double) rolls, measuring 20 1/2" wide x 33' long (52cm x 10.05m).

Eco-Wallpaper Information:

Paper:

The wallpapers are printed on formaldehyde-free paper from managed sustainable European forests.

Printing:

The water-based inks and coatings have a high percentage of naturally occurring fillers and pigments. These do not contain lead or other heavy metals, and have very low VOC (volatile organic compound) levels.

Pastes:

The wallpapers are installed with traditional wheat paste or cellulose paste, which are VOC-free. Alternatively, a clear starch-based, pre-mixed adhesive may be used (low VOC levels).

Fabrics:

Both the woven and printed fabrics are made in England. The weaves are made with natural fibres, including wool, cotton and silk. The printed fabrics are 100% cotton, and are printed using water-based inks.
